What does a Game Master do on a Jedi vs Sith Server?:  A Game Master is a member of the staff team that runs all sorts of events in-game, he is in charge of planning, making, announce and supervise the event. It as also to communicate is ideas of events to is higher-ups, they are the ones that give the green light 7. A staff member starts to take over your event and make it their own. What do you do, and how do you react?: The right thing that has to be done in my point of view is: 1- Observe the public; if they like where it is going what bad could do? I talk to the staff member later about it an resolve it like a mature person. 2- The time where the event is taken; if the event is taken over in the start there is no problem, the staff says what he as to say I add my stuff and it goes on, if it is taken over in the middle of the event I ask the staff member to tell me if it does not like my job and if he does have a suggestion, if the event is taken in the end there is nothing to be done, I just start taking action if they are breaking the 3rd point. 3- If they are taking over the event in a minging way, totally not helping breaking the first point, then actions are to be taken. I will take screenshots for evidence and warn the guy to stop (in a way that I don't start a argument with him). If he ignores the warning than I use discord to call or my higher up or a higher up of the staff member, since I don't think I can make a punishment where I am involved.  8. Prior experience?: I have prior experience in administration and development, however the only event experience I had was helping creating some of the events in a server when I was a admin. Never really started one but I have some experience. 9. What would your perfect event entail? (Write the Steps): I have some ideas for all sort of events in-game, the one that is coming to my head now is one that I call "For Honor". The game itself is basic, we have a max of 5 people with lightsabers protecting a throne, the rest of the players will try an run the hallway while the defenders are trying to kill them. To make the job harder to the attackers they will have only one chance to pass the defenders, because their HP will be set to 50 and the minimum attack of a LS and Game Over. The Defenders that reach the throne are safe from all the danger...until the end of the round. There can only be ONE player on the throne, if there are more than one a fight as to occur in a Free-For-All Style between the Attackers. The Defenders have to back of and not intervene in the battle. The last attacker standing will win the round. Then I will ask if they want to prolong the event to one last round and here is the tricky part. If they choose not to there will be two winners, the defender with most kills and the attacker that stayed alive, they both receive 50/50 of the price, however, if they choose to continue the event will start a "Bounty Hunter" game. The Defender winner vs The Attacker winner! The people that can stand is Honor until the last by staying alive during a fight between them takes the bounty, a example: The defender wins 50 in money, same to the attacker, if the attacker kills the defender he gets 100 in money. I have a lot of ideas, I could be writing this all night long, but I will save some to the interview if necessary. 10. If no staff is on the server, and a minge is mass rdming, do you have the right to ban them?: A staff member of a different department that is not administration should only take this type of action if there is no administration on-line. If there is a staff from the administration department online, the only thing I can do is give the staff a heads up about the minge or report him.  11. Do you understand that you must plan and do at least 2 events per day?: I do understand that I have to plan at least 2 events per day. 12. Will you report any other GMs, including Senior GMs, to the event manager when they are not doing their job or acting appropriately?: I will report them if it needs to be. 13. Do you understand that Senior GMs and above will have the final word over you?: I understand that Senior GMs will have always the final word, does not matter how unfair it can seem. 14. Do you agree to do an interview in the discord with the Head GM or higher?: Yes, I do agree with an interview with HGM+. (bellow is some information about me) I am a little introvert, I take my time to open myself to some people, however, I have no problem talking to them. I am extremely active in gmod and discord. At the current time I have school so sometimes I have to study, if so happens I may only play for about 2 hours in week days. Friday is the only day of the week I cannot play, do to this I return on Saturday night every time, however, I can still be able to chat on discord. My timezone is BST.
